Fontainebleau Miami Beach is undergoing a major $1 billion renovation and expansion scheduled for completion mid-2008. The new Fontainebleau Miami Beach will boast a total of 1,504 committable guest rooms and suites set across 22 acres. The oceanfront resort will feature three pool areas and two skypools, a 40,000-square-foot spa, as well as 11 exciting new restaurants and nightclubs. Today Fontainebleau Miami Beach operates two all suite luxury towers, the modern 37-story Trèsor and the sophisticated 18-story Sorrento.
